Founder & Director

Tom Drowley is an Olympic medal winning Hockey Physical Preparation Coach who has led athletes to World Cups, Asian Games, European Championships, Commonwealth Games & Proleagues as well as the Olympic Games themselves. Tom is one of the most experienced & successful hockey physical preparation coaches in the world with a proven track record & an excellent reputation within and outside the game for producing outstanding results.

As a Physical Preparation Coach for England & GB Hockey for seven years, Tom supported the women's team to Rio 2016 Olympic & European gold medals whilst leading the rehabilitation & diagnostics for both genders. He went on to lead the physical preparation of the women's team to their third successive Olympic medal, winning bronze at Tokyo 2020 & finishing that cycle second in the world rankings.

Most Recently Tom has led the physical preparation for the Malaysian Hockey Confederation, providing an integral contribution to a period of unprecedented success. During his time with the Speedy Tigers they won the 2022 Sultan Azlan Shah, the first time in its 39 year history, won silver at the Asia Cup & Asian Champions Trophy & achieved their first victories in 21 years at a men's hockey World Cup (three wins inc. New Zealand).

Tom has extensive experience working with all types of athletes providing elite physical preparation to male, female & junior athletes within sports institutes, National Governing Bodies, universities & professional sports teams within Europe & Asia.

Tom loves nothing more than seeing the people he works with get the results they once dreamed of. He is outcome focused with context & data driven programming alongside holistic athlete management & performance planning, ensuring he supports his athletes to any required power.
